VI. Coremat
Coremat is a felt-like material mainly composed of polyester or glass fibre and micro-particle balls and is bonded into a whole by a styrene-soluble adhesive. The use of Coremat can significantly improve the stiffness of the product and prevent the printing of cloth patterns, which plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of moulds and products. Therefore, Coremat is widely used in the production of various FRP moulds.
As a lightweight material, Coremat has been widely used in ships, auto parts, amusement facilities, sanitary ware, etc.
VII. Aramid paper honeycomb
• High-temperature resistance, so autoclave forming can be performed at temperatures above 200°C;
•Wide density range, from 29-160 kg/cubic meter, which can meet different capacity structure requirements;
•Has extremely high shear strength, especially compared with foam core materials, and is more suitable for use in lightweight structures;
•High toughness and high damage resistance compared with other honeycomb core materials;
•Flame retardant, low smoke, low toxicity (comply with the most stringent aviation flame retardant and smoke toxicity standards);
•Excellent creep and fatigue properties for long-term use in demanding applications;
•Extremely high wet strength, can be used in high humidity environments; easy to process, reducing production costs;
•Corrosion resistance (will not be corroded by moisture or other media in contact with it, nor will it electrochemically react with the carbon fiber skin like metal honeycomb);
•Outstanding heat and sound insulation, compared to metal and fibreglass materials, it has better heat and sound insulation performance under the same weight, and is more comfortable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly;
•Easy to form and process. Compared with metal honeycombs, aramid honeycombs are bendable, more convenient to process, and more convenient to operate.
VIII.PP honeycomb panel
•Lightweight: PP (polypropylene) plastic honeycomb is about 1/12 of the same volume of water and 1/32 of aluminium. It can greatly reduce the load of buildings and the weight of cars, ships and light rail vehicles.
•Sound insulation and heat insulation: Since the air layer between the two panels is divided into many closed gaps by the honeycomb, and PP (polypropylene) plastic greatly limits the transmission of sound and heat, the plastic honeycomb panel has good sound insulation and heat insulation properties.
•High strength and stiffness: The specific strength per unit mass is high and the specific stiffness is high.
•Convenience: It is easy to use and install. It can be cut at will with an ordinary utility knife to make various special-shaped boards. Water-resistant and moisture-resistant: there will be no deformation even in water.
•Environmental protection, non-toxic and harmless: It is made of PP that can be used to hold or package food supplies, so it is non-toxic and harmless, does not emit harmful gases, and can be recycled and reused.
•Corrosion resistance: Good chemical stability is one of the advantages of PP.
•Insulation: It has good electrical insulation and low dielectric constant.
•Fireproof: Combined with appropriate panels (such as fireproof boards), it can be fireproof.
IX. Aluminum honeycomb
The aluminium alloy material used in the regular hexagonal aluminium honeycomb core contains 98% aluminium, 1% magnesium, and a small amount of iron and silicon. The aluminium foil is hardened after comprehensive hardening H19 tempering treatment and complies with the American standard QQ-A-250/26 and the British standard Bs1470. The 3003-type aluminium honeycomb core is available in various sizes and densities. It is a high-quality, lightweight, high-strength, fire-proof, sound-insulating, heat-insulating green environmentally friendly composite material. The core layer is distributed and fixed throughout the board surface and is not prone to deformation. The board is stable and can resist bending and compression. The honeycomb core is divided into numerous closed chambers, which restricts the flow of air in the honeycomb panel and greatly blocks the spread of heat and sound waves. It is a good heat insulation, heat preservation and sound insulation material. It has been promoted and applied in many fields.

X.3D Fabric
3D sandwich fabric composite material is a new concept of lightweight composite material with extraordinary anti-peeling performance, durability and excellent integrity. The reinforced 3D sandwich fabric is a kind of braid in which layers are connected by continuous fiber core columns to form a sandwich structure. The braiding technology has independent intellectual property rights. The fabric can be individually reinforced to make a lightweight composite material with a sandwich-conjoined structure, or it can be filled with lightweight materials between fiber core columns to make a new type of sandwich-structure composite material. This new type of lightweight composite material has broad application prospects in transportation, construction, petrochemical industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy and other fields.
Structural features: The layers are connected by continuous fiber core columns to form a sandwich structure. The core columns between the layers are in the shape of an "8" in the warp direction and a "1" in the weft direction;
